Clear terms, no traps.
The service
BuyFloor is an independent Chrome extension that calculates estimates from the prices, fees, costs and rules you enter. The free calculator works without an account. A BuyFloor account and a paid Pro subscription unlock organisation and export tools. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to buy Pro.
Estimates, not professional advice
Results are estimates, not a valuation, guarantee, accounting opinion, tax advice or recommendation to buy or sell. Fees and marketplace rules can change and your actual result can differ because of returns, taxes, listing choices, buyer location and other costs. Check important purchases against your own eBay account and current official information.
Subscription and price
BuyFloor Pro is £9.99 per month or £89 per year. The selected subscription renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. There is no free trial. Stripe shows the final total and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. If a price changes, existing subscribers will receive advance notice and may cancel before the new price applies.
Cancellation
You can stop renewal online at any time from Account → Manage billing in BuyFloor. Stripe's portal confirms the date paid access will end before cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; Pro features remain available until then and local saved data remains readable afterwards. You can also email support from the account email if you cannot access the portal.
Refunds and cooling-off
Consumers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first Pro payment. A consumer whose annual plan renews may also request a full refund within 14 days of that annual renewal. Email sadmankibria1@gmail.com from the billing email and include the purchase date; do not send card details. These promises supplement, and do not limit, mandatory consumer rights. Refunds outside these cases are considered where the service was unavailable or not supplied as described.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by BuyFloor. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, resell access or use BuyFloor unlawfully. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Availability and changes
BuyFloor may fix, improve or discontinue features and may temporarily be unavailable for maintenance or provider outages. Material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated reasonably in advance where practical. BuyFloor may suspend access needed to protect users, prevent abuse or comply with law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, BuyFloor is not responsible for marketplace decisions, lost resale profit or indirect loss caused by relying on an estimate. If you use BuyFloor mainly for business, total liability relating to Pro is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending an account
You may request account deletion by email after cancelling any active subscription. BuyFloor may end an account for serious or repeated breach, giving reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed for security or law. Ending an account does not remove records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory protections and may bring a claim in any court available under consumer law.
